Hello everyone, We will be doing physicals on February 16th, 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Church. We will have three or four physicians present so it should go pretty quickly.
A few things to note about that day, It will not be a meeting, it will be to come get your physical done and go home. The attached form must be completed before the psychicans will see the scout. We will also need their shot records and a copy of their insurance card with the completed forms. You can obtain their shot records from their pediatrician.

Hello everyone, Just an FYI, we will be meeting at the VFW in Oxford on Monday the 26th. We will be outside and the weather is going to be cold so please remind the scouts to dress appropriately. At out last meeting, we announced an OA meeting for January 20th. That was a mistake on my part, we are not meeting that night. I apologize for the confusion.
Our 1st OA event this year Winter Fellowship and Banquet, Jan. 31 – Feb 1. Where we will have time to meet with our chapter.

Hello everyone again, Sorry for all the emails today, I have had the flu and not been doing anything, if you didn’t get a response to an email it’s most likely because I didn’t look over the weekend and only sent emails out. Anyway, Scout Sunday will be January 25th this year. We will do nearly the same thing as last year. We will be making chili as a thank you to the church for hosting us. We will also attend the service on Sunday the 25th. Jason, and I will be working with our youth leadership to get out assignments for the day. Scouts who attend will also get 2 hours of service hours, and a Scout Sunday Patch. Scouts will need to be in full Class A with a great attitude.

Hello everyone, Just to keep you up to date February 7-8 we will have our ski trip. We will be leaving early on the 7th and heading just north west of St Louis. We stop at lamberts (home of the throwing rolls) for lunch. We usually get to the resort around 3ish and then ski till midnight. We visit the arch on Sunday and return around 5 or 6 pm that day. The cost is 200$. This covers gas, rentals, food and lodging. We consider food as lamberts lunch, dinner, and lunch Sunday. All drinks at stores and snacks are on the boys. The boys will need snow pants, a good winter jacket that is waterproof, longjohns, winter gloves, and hats. Do not send you scout in Cotten or denim to ski in. Cotten and denim get wet and you can’t dry that out.
