Fwd: Scout Sunday reminder

Please see the email below from Mr Jason.
Troop 45 family,
REMINDER: We are a week away from celebrating *Scout Sunday on February 11* and we hope your Scout can be with us as we say a thank you to First Presbyterian Church for hosting Troop 45 on their campus. We know this may disrupt your normal Sunday schedule, but *we would like to take a head count at Monday’s Scout meeting* to see how many Scouts we can expect.
Here’s the Scoop:
– *Scouts are encouraged to attend, but this is not a mandatory event.* – *Scouts will meet at 10:30* outside in the courtyard and then we’ll all enter and sit together. – *Scouts will stay until 1:30 *to serve and to clean up a light meal for the congregation in the Fellowship Hall and each Scout will earn two service hours. – Scouts should wear their* Class A uniform*, with kerchief and green trousers, if they have them. – Parents and families of our Scouts are welcomed to attend the service and stay for the meal afterwards. – Please talk this over with your Scout so we may get a *head count by this Monday’s meeting on Feb 5th*.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
jason bouldin
